For your protection and ours, we have established terms and conditions to be respected mutually within the framework of your subscriptions and purchases as well as during your use of the following services: Club Créatif Kakofolie! , any training offered online at creationskako.com and all events and workshops in person or online. You are responsible for keeping yourself informed of updates to the terms and conditions of service by visiting this page.
By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below, and to comply with the laws in force in your country as well as with Canadian laws, in accordance with the country from which the service is offered. All registrations (purchases) must be made on the creationskako.com site or by email at creations.kako@gmail.com
Payments are made by Square, Paypal, or by bank transfer directly on the creationskako.com site and must be made before obtaining access to the member area or any other online access to workshops or training separate from the Club créatif KAKOfolie!!
Subscription to the Club créatif KAKOfolie!
You can subscribe to the Club créatif KAKOfolie! monthly, without obligation, at the corresponding rate in effect at the time of your registration.
Billing a monthly subscription
Subscription to the Club créatif KAKOfolie! begins on the date of payment and ends 1 month later, after which your subscription will be automatically renewed each month. You can unsubscribe from a monthly plan at any time: you must unsubscribe yourself before the renewal day.
No refund is made once the automatic payment has been taken.
You can unsubscribe and re-subscribe at any time. Once the subscription is canceled, you obviously keep the learning done. Upon termination of your subscription, access to the site and the community is terminated.
Termination of your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can access all the access and advantages of the Club créatif Kakofolie! until your account is closed automatically at the end of your current billing period. Once a payment has been completed and a new billing period has started, no refund will be issued. You will have access to the Club créatif KAKOfolie! until the end of the current billing period and will be responsible for canceling your subscription before the next payment.
We reserve the right to terminate the subscription of a member who contravenes the terms and conditions of service, who behaves in an inappropriate manner or who would harm another member, without reimbursement.
Cancellation policy: Online and in-person events
For any event where a deposit has been requested, it is non-refundable.
No refund within 48 hours of the event or live workshop.
Reimbursement at 50% of the total price of the event within 7 working days of the event.
Your username and password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, which allow you to log into the member area or the training area of creationskako.com. You therefore agree to protect access to it and to assume responsibility for any communication or transaction made in your account using this information.
Use of the creationskako.com website
You agree not to transmit viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other harmful or destructive program, as well as not to do any intentionally harmful manipulation on the site and its member area.
Protection of your data
Any personal or business information collected as part of your registration for one or other of our online services is kept confidential. We do not sell or trade, in any case, emails or other information from our customers.
